The primary role of the Wickham PTO is to support the enrichment of all students and to create an inclusive community for Wickham families.

• We are made up of parents, family members, teachers, and administrators who are committed to delivering environments and activities that nourish the whole student and create a more inclusive school community.

• An Executive Board consisting of a President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected each spring for the following academic year.

• Any parent or guardian of a child attending Wickham or any staff member of Wickham is automatically a member of the PTO.

• PTO Meetings take place the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. via zoom. 

We accomplish this very important goal by:

• Encouraging parental involvement in the Wickham environment and fostering strong relationships between parents, teachers and the wider community.

• Organizing enrichment activities, special programs, student clubs, and family events.

• Providing support according to the needs of our teachers, staff, and families.

• Coordinating fundraising events in order to purchase various building and classroom needs -- much of which is not funded by the school district.

The PTO provides the organizational structure and financial support for:

• Student Activities & Programs such as the Science Fair, Chess Club, Math Club, Field Trips, Visiting Authors and artists

• Family & Community Events and Programs such as the Fall Fun Fair, Family Movie Night, Taco Dinner & Bingo Night

• Teacher & Staff Support such as staff appreciation events, classroom assistance and technology enhancements.
